These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Glow & Grow Anyway's Website, located at https://www.glowandgrowanyway.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Glow & Grow Anyway if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Business Idea Reality Check Policy

The Business Idea Reality Check is a paid research and analysis service provided by Glow & Grow Anyway.

By purchasing and booking this service, you agree to the following:

• The fee is $357 USD for the first four founding clients and $597 USD thereafter. Payment is due in full at the time of booking, and your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

• The service includes a questionnaire, a 60-minute intake call by video, seven days of research on your business idea, a written report, and a 30-minute follow-up call to discuss the findings. If the research indicates the idea should not proceed as described, the report also includes up to two alternative directions based on the information you provide.

• The intake call is delivered by video at the date and time you select at booking. The 30-minute follow-up call is arranged directly with you after the report is delivered.

• The questionnaire link is sent by email as soon as you book. Your completed questionnaire must be received at least 48 hours before your intake call. If it is not received by then, your intake call will be rescheduled to the next available appointment, and your research and delivery dates move accordingly.

• The full process typically takes 10 to 12 days from the date of booking, depending on when your questionnaire is returned and when the follow-up call is scheduled.

• You may reschedule your intake call up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the intake call are treated as delivered and are not refunded.

Refunds

• You may request a full refund at any time before your intake call takes place. Email dani@glowandgrowanyway.com and the full fee is returned.

• Once the intake call has taken place and research has begun, the fee is non-refundable. Research is bespoke work performed specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.

• If you are resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance-purchased service within 14 days. By booking and requesting that the service begin before that 14-day period ends, you agree that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. You may still cancel for a full refund at any point before your intake call.

Nature of the service

• This service provides business research, analysis, and strategic opinion for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

• Glow & Grow Anyway does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or income result. Any figures, projections, or estimates in your report are informed opinions based on available information at the time of research and are not promises or forecasts of your actual results.

• Findings depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. If your questionnaire or call answers are incomplete or inaccurate, the analysis will reflect that.

• All decisions about whether to start, change, or stop a business are yours alone, and you accept full responsibility for them.

Confidentiality and ownership

• Information you share about your business idea is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties, other than service providers used to deliver the service, such as payment, scheduling, and email tools.

• Your report is prepared for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it.

• Glow & Grow Anyway retains ownership of its research methods, frameworks, and report templates.

• Glow & Grow Anyway may reference general themes and anonymized patterns from client work in its published content. Your name, business idea, or any identifying detail will never be used without your separate written permission.

By purchasing or booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
