THE IDEA INVESTIGATION

Will anyone
actually pay me
for this?
A researched assessment of your business idea, a clear recommendation, and practical next steps that fit your life.
"I take up to four clients a month because I do all the research myself."

Rate is for the first four clients with promo code. Then it goes up to $597 after that.
A detailed questionnaire you fill out first
A 60-min consultation with me
Up to 7 days of research on my end
A written report, then a 30-min debrief call
Ideas usually get stuck in one of three places.
All three can be checked, plus a number of other details that only look obvious once somebody points them out. But so far, you've only been trying to check them alone, at night, after everything else in your day.
BEFORE YOU BUILD
The price is wrong.
The buyer isn't who you pictured.
People love the idea and still don't reach for their wallet.

03
Your business idea needs more than another opinion.
Being good at what you want to do for yourself and knowing how to sell it are two separate skills. Most of us only ever focused on the first one, and now we have to figure out how to start and run a business alone in our forties, fifties, or sixties. So don't think you've failed at this because no one showed you how it works.
IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR
You may know this feeling...
You registered a business, made a logo, maybe even printed the business cards. And then you stopped.
Things have worked a little, but never as much as you hoped, for longer than you would like to admit.
You keep researching because research feels safer than making a decision.
You know you are capable, but you do not know which direction deserves your next investment.
You have had several versions of the idea and never fully committed to one of them.
You have spent a career being rewarded for knowing things, but nobody taught you how to package and sell what you know.
You're doubling down on a hobby or a passion that feels like your soul's calling.

AN OUTSIDE PERSPECTIVE
You know your subject.
That was never
the problem.
Your friends say it sounds great. Your sister says go for it. Everyone has an opinion, but you still need someone to investigate what the evidence actually supports.
Somebody needs to do the digging.
That's where I come in.
WHAT I INVESTIGATE
What I'll find out for you:
While you get on with your life, I go look at the world around your idea.
Who is already doing this, and what they charge for it.
Whether those people are actually making money or just posting a lot.
Whether the space is crowded, thin, gaining momentum right now, or for some reason is shrinking.
Who they really are, which is often not who you pictured.
What they're already spending money on instead.
Where they can be found, and what reaching them would cost you in time or money.
What you could charge, based on what people in this market actually pay.
How to describe it so somebody understands it in one line.
Whether a free AI tool could already do the core of what you're planning to sell, and if so, what would still be worth paying you for.
Whether the actual day-to-day work fits the time and energy you really have, not the time and energy you wish you had.
Anything that comes up along the way that you'd need to confirm with a licensed professional (tax, licensing, that kind of thing), flagged clearly rather than left for you to stumble into later.
Which assumption the whole thing is resting on.
What to test first, cheaply, before you spend real money.
The market
The buyer
The offer
If it fits you
The risks
That's the list I start with. It has never been the list I finish with. Every idea uncovers things nobody thought to look for. Those are usually the most valuable parts of the report, and I can't tell you in advance what yours will say. That's rather the point of looking.
“What would need to be true for this business idea to work?”
The question behind the research
FROM QUESTION TO DIRECTION
You fill out the form.
A detailed questionnaire, two private calls, and time for me to investigate properly.
The work behind your answer
Careful research.
A conversation that matters.
01
You bring the idea.
I'll do the digging.
Your background, what you've tried, and what you're trying to decide.
02
We talk for an hour.
We explore your experience, situation, and the work you could sustain.
03
I investigate.
Up to seven days of research, with a short email if I need your input.
04
You get your report.
The findings, my recommendation, and your 30-day action plan.
05
We talk again.
A 30-minute results call to discuss your questions and next steps.
Research begins after our first call. The full schedule also depends on completing your questionnaire and arranging our calls.

Glow & Grow Anyway
Three things to do next, in order.
Up to two other directions if this one doesn't hold up.
A written answer with a clear direction: Build, Modify, or Walk Away
The reasoning, so you can push back if you disagree.
A simple thirty-day starting point.

How long is it?
As long as it needs to be. Business ideas are different. Some sit in crowded markets and take more digging, some don't. I write up what I find and I don't pad it to look impressive.
What I won't do:
Write your business plan.
Build your website.
Run ads for you.
Give legal, tax, medical, or other licensed-profession advice.

I won't hand you a revenue projection, a guess dressed up as a forecast. What you will get is the math: sell this many, at this price, over this stretch of time, and here's what that comes to, based on real prices from real competitors. That's arithmetic on numbers I find, not a promise about what you'll earn.
A FAIR QUESTION
Most women tell me they did. Some got a lot of encouragement. Some got a list of risks and they closed their laptop.
Either way, here you are, still looking. That's the part worth paying attention to. Whatever AI had told you, it didn't settle the question, or you wouldn't be reading this page.
And by the way, I still consider it a good tool and I use it every day. But here's why it can't close the gap:
It can't hear what you leave out.
AI only knows what you've told it.
You decide when it stops arguing with you.
Nobody is on the hook for the answer.
Even with a good memory of you, it has the version you chose to type. The thing you'd only say out loud at minute forty of a real conversation doesn't get typed, and that thing is usually the one that matters.
You talk for ten minutes about your qualifications and never mention a single customer. You light up describing one part of the work and go flat on the part you say you want to build the business around. I notice that. A chat window can't.
A good tool will push back, and some are better at it than others. But you can insist, or reword the question, or open a fresh chat and start over. Sooner or later it agrees with you. And that doesn't help you.
If AI is wrong, nothing happens to it. If I'm wrong, I have to sit on a call and look you in the eye, and my reputation is the only thing this business is built on.
There's one more thing, and I'd rather say it than pretend.
If you know how, you could run every one of these checks yourself. Ad libraries, archived pricing pages, booking calendars, review dates. It's all public, and a good tool will help you get through it. You've also had this idea for two years and a whole life to live alongside it. That's the reason people hire people.
“I already
asked ChatGPT.”
THE POSSIBLE OUTCOMES
Whatever the answer,
you leave with a direction.
01/ THE IDEA HOLDS UP
03/ ANOTHER DIRECTION
02/ SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE
Build
Modify
Walk Away
Your idea is strong. You get the next steps, what to watch for, and your 30-day plan on how to continue.
It could be the buyer, the price, or the message. You'll see the specific adjustment and the evidence behind it.
The evidence doesn't support further investment in this version. You get the reasoning and up to two alternatives to consider.
You might look at both and want neither. That's okay. I'd still rather send you off pointing at something that could work for you than leave you standing exactly where you started.
That third one is what women worry about, so let me be plain. If your result ends up being "Walk Away," this hands you back a year you were about to spend, along with two other doors to try.

I'VE BEEN THERE, TOO
“Beautiful logo. Vistaprint business cards, the thick cardstock ones I paid extra for.
For a business that never opened.”
Dani
Founder,
Glow & Grow Anyway
THE WOMAN BEHIND THE RESEARCH
My name is Dani and I spent years teaching Bulgarian to American diplomats at the U.S. State Department, a job I truly enjoyed and built my whole identity around. However, a federal policy change ended the career I expected to retire from, and I lost my health insurance and my home along with it. I was 46, twice divorced, dealing with chronic illness and a body that had stopped cooperating with me years earlier.
So I know the specific fear of picking wrong when you don't feel like you have spare years lying around. I know how convincing an idea can be right up until somebody checks whether anyone will pay for it.
I'd rather tell you the truth in seven days than agree with you for a year.
I know the fear
of picking wrong.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Is this your next step?
This is for you if
You have a business idea and you've been carrying it alone for a while.
You have experience worth charging money for and no idea how to package it.
You'd rather hear the truth than keep guessing.
You can wait up to 12 days (7 days of research + questionnaire time) for someone to look at it properly.
You want a direction, whichever one it turns out to be.
You'd rather find out now than after you've paid for a website.
✓
When to wait
You've already decided and you're looking for someone to agree with you.
You need an answer in two days.
You're expecting a full business plan or a launch strategy.
Nothing about the idea can change.
You need a promise that it will work. I can't give you one, and neither can anyone else.

FOR MIDLIFE WOMEN
I don't work with tech founders. I work with midlife women who have real experience, limited energy, no team, nobody backing them, and bills arriving on schedule. That changes what counts as a good idea. A plan that needs forty hours a week and six months of runway is a bad plan for you, no matter how well it works for somebody else.
That's the part I'm actually selling. The research and analysis from someone who genuinely understands what you're working with.
There's a whole industry doing this for startup founders and software companies. Almost nobody is doing it for you.

Questions before you decide?
What if my idea is still a mess?
Most are. Write down whatever you have. If it's not specific enough for me to research properly, I'll flag it once I read your form, and point you to the free Idea Gut-Check Guide to shape it into something specific first. Your booking stays in place and we'll reschedule your call within 60 days.
Why does the research take up to seven days?
Because it's a long process that involves a lot of time reading, comparing, and analyzing. By the end, I would've worked through hundreds of pages to find the handful of things that might change your decision.
What if you tell me to "walk away"?
Then you'll have saved yourself a year, and you will have up to two other alternative options to look at. I'd rather hand you that in a week than watch you find out the hard way in eighteen months.
Is my business idea safe with you?
Yes. Your idea stays yours. I use it only for your investigation and never sell it or discuss it with another client. Different women sometimes explore similar ideas, but your specific plans remain confidential, just as theirs do. I’ll only share an anonymous case study with your permission.
If you’d like a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), request one when you book. I’ll send it before you complete the questionnaire.
Do you use AI to do this?
Yes, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. I run the same questions through more than one AI tool, the same way I'd cross-check a fact across a few different sources rather than trust the first search result.
What none of them do is decide what's true. They disagree with each other more than people expect, and every competitor, price, or claim gets checked against a second and third source before any of it reaches your report. That's the part that actually takes seven days. I also choose which signals matter for your specific idea, which changes every time, and no tool does that part for me.
A FEW MORE THINGS
You're welcome to ask me directly.
Let's talk it through.

Is the payment refundable?
Once I've started work on your assessment, payments are non-refundable, subject to any consumer rights that apply to your purchase. The terms will spell all of this out before you pay.
What happens after I book?
You'll pick your call time from my calendar when you book. Once you've paid, you'll get a confirmation email with a link to the questionnaire form to fill out before we talk. Nothing complicated.
