Withdraw from your contract

If you asked me to start early

When you booked, you saw an unchecked early-start box. For the Idea Investigation, it’s in your questionnaire. For Build It Right, it’s in your client agreement. For the workshop, it’s on your booking form.

• If you checked it, you asked me to start your service within your 14 days. You can still withdraw, but I keep an amount for the part of the service already provided. Once your service is fully delivered, you can no longer withdraw.

• If you left it unchecked, I haven’t started your service, and you get a full refund.

Section 8 of my Terms & Conditions explains how I work out the amount for each service.

If you live in the European Union, the EEA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway), or the United Kingdom, you can cancel a purchase from Glow & Grow Anyway within 14 days without giving a reason. Fill in this form to do it.

Your 14 days start the day after your order confirmation email. Your withdrawal is on time if you send it before the 14 days end.

What happens next

1. You fill in the form and click Confirm Withdrawal.

2. I email you a confirmation showing what you sent.

3. I refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you asked me to start your service early, I keep an amount for the part already provided. Section 8 of my Terms & Conditions explains how I work it out.
